Refund policy

All sales of Blatek product are final.

Blatek products ship with a twelve month warranty. Should a Blatek product be defective due to workmanship please contact Blatek via blateksales@gmail.com to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.

If a Blatek product requires repair/replacement please contact Blatek via blateksales@gmail.com to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. If the item is out of warranty Blatek charges $150 evaluation fee. The fee is applied to repairs authorized by the customer after a repair quote is given.

Please reference the RMA number on the shipping documents when returning the pieces for inspection/repair.

Please include a copy of the RMA document with the unit being returned.
